theatre dybbuk

Los Angeles-based theatre dybbuk—they call themselves, “mythic. jewish. theatre”—combines performance with Jewish thought. Their namesake is a wandering spirit from Jewish folklore. The group has created a diverse new podcast series that spotlights Jewish writing enacted in dramatic readings, alongside interviews with scholars. Upcoming programs will feature two works from Lilith: “How to Hide: Instructions from a Daughter of Survivors,” by Karen Propp, and “Unetaneh Tokef for Black Lives” by Imani Chapman. theatredybbuk.org
