Equitable Leadership

Avodah, a social justice organization that trains Jewish leaders through fellowships and participatory programs, announced three new programs addressing systemic inequalities, as well as a lack of diversity in Jewish leadership. One such program, the Jews of Color Bayit in New York City, will begin later in 2021.
